While she was out serving her community, Sabrena's house was falling apart. Without financial means, the Jones family had been unable to make the home repairs needed to bring the house up to par. Sabrena's children are her pride and joy and she always puts them first. Marjon, Mardaireus and Marjiya are hard working students and athletes who love their mother more than anything in the world. The rough living conditions have not set them back, but repair to their house would certainly improve their lives!

In this episode of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition," Ty and the gang built Sabrena and her family the home of their dreams, where they can all live comfortably and have some extra space to run a business and help out people in need.

While Ty and the designers, local builder Shoemaker Homes and hundreds of volunteers and workers are rebuilding their home in just seven days, the Jones family will go on vacation in Florida.

The design team for this episode of "Extreme Makeover: Home Edition" features team leader Ty Pennington and designers Eduardo Xol, John Littlefield, Michael Moloney and Paige Hemmis.

From Stephen to his team...
Just wanted to pass along my personal thanks for the pleasure of working with all of you over the past 2 years. I have never been more proud to be a member of an organization as I am to be a part of this one. Our team in MS has done some great things in 2 years and I want to let you know of one that I am particularly proud of. For our first anniversary we reserved a pavillion at Braves Stadium for all of our families to enjoy a ballgame and each others company. I also invited 2 families with children that have been receiving treatment for Cancer at Blair E Batson Childrens hospital here in Jackson. Colby Barrett and Abby-Gayle Oliver 9 & 10 year old children both stricken with rare types of cancer but fighting hard to beat it. This year I invited those same 2 families back to our second anniversary game plus the family of Seth Harris a 10 year old going through Cancer treatment at Blair Batson as well. The 2 families we invited back were so touched that I called to invite them again, they could not stop thanking me and telling me how their children enjoyed and talked about the game last year and how honored they would be to come back. Seth's family drove over 3 hours to come to the game without hesitation as Seth had just been talking about getting to a Braves game this year. Colby and Abby-Gayle are both doing well and just had complete checkups after chemo/radiation treatments earlier this year. Seth is in the middle of Chemo Treatments and is losing his hair but is doing as well as can be expected. These children and their families have become honorary members of Energy Beverage Management Jackson and I cannot begin to describe how it feels to see these kids and their families able to enjoy a night out, forgetting all of their troubles for a few short hours.
